Hybrid WOD

Hello Hybrid Mondays!! No better way to kick start the week than with this 30 min CrossFit inspired BURNER!

Combining functional movements and machine cardio, with max effort in either an AMRAP, For time, or EMOM styled session! No idea what I’m talking about? That’s OK! Im here to explain, and even though this is one of the higher intensity sessions, every session is scalable for all fitness levels, so whether you’re just starting out or ready to push your limits, you’ll leave feeling accomplished and ready to take on the week!

CO-OP

Because we’re better together! In CO-OP, you’ll pair up or team up to smash goals side by side.

This FUNctional workout mixes games, team challenges, and partner exercises that will have you sweating, smiling, and high-fiving between sets.

Expect slam balls, battle ropes, sandbags, skipping ropes, and all things fun and functional. So grab your buddy (or make a new one!) and let’s crush it!

Challenger

Challenge yourself every Friday with this YOU VS YOU session!

Running for the whole month, each week you will grind, sweat, and work your hardest to beat your last score, reps, or time! The challenge focus changes monthly, could be a 60 second max or pull up max finisher, or it could be 200 burpees for best time who knows! (joking…..or am I?) One thing’s for sure — you’ll leave knowing you gave it everything. #challengeaccepted

Boost

BOOST your mood, your mind, and your body in this 45 minute bodyweight, light weight, core and cardio session designed to burn calories, improve performance, and get those endorphins cranking!

Running shoes recommended! But don’t be scared, we have a variety of run lengths around the park to suit each persons ability and best of all, its at your own pace! So if you want to walk it out, that’s ok! Moving in the sunshine is a great way to start the day, whatever the pace - its not a race!

Beast Mode

Unleash your inner BEAST in this dedicated strength training session. Working in your heaviest weight range, this class focuses on building strength, improving form, mastering timing, and driving hypertrophy for better body composition and confidence.

Whether you’re brand-new to strength training or chasing PBs, this is your chance to build strength consistently and safely, with classes twice a week, every week. #beastmode

Next Gen Teen Training AGE 11-16

These sessions focus on performance, strength, injury prevention, health, wellness, and friendships, giving kids and teens the tools they need to grow stronger, healthier, and more confident.

Combining functional training, strength and conditioning, and endurance work to create a safe, challenging, and fun environment.

It’s more than just exercise — it’s about teaching proper technique, building confidence, and fostering a love of movement.

Get them off the screens and into a space where they’ll gain the knowledge and self-belief to walk into any gym with confidence — now and for life.

1-1 Personal or small group training for up to 4 people. Private training tailored to your specific goals. Reach your goals with friends or family by booking your private small group personal training session.

Creche?? No thankyou, at The Shred Shed, Kids are welcome to all sessions! No bookings, no fees, just kids coming along to be kids, and either play in the enclosed play area - where they can watch you for peace of mind, or younger bubs can pull up in the pram parking areas and stay close by while you smash your goals!
